Welcome to Paperclip. By accessing our website, subscribing to our membership, booking a journey, or purchasing any products or services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, which govern all transactions, communications, and interactions with our platform.
1. Legal Entity
For the purpose of these Terms & Conditions, “Paperclip” refers to Paperclip LLC, a limited liability company based in California, USA.
2. Membership & Subscription Policy
Memberships are billed according to the plan you select at checkout. All membership purchases are final and non-refundable. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You may cancel anytime through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
3. Experiences, Events & Journeys
Bookings for any Paperclip journey, retreat, salon, or private event are subject to availability and confirmation. All experience purchases are final. Due to the bespoke and limited nature of our offerings, we cannot accommodate refunds for cancellations. In some cases, booking transfers may be permitted with advance notice. Please contact us for case-by-case review.
4. Digital Products & Content Access
All digital offerings (including downloads, courses, or gated member content) are for personal use only. Access may not be shared, resold, or redistributed. We reserve the right to revoke access if misuse is identified.
5. Physical Products & Merchandise
Physical goods (if offered) are produced in limited quantities and are final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason other than confirmed damage upon delivery. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt with clear photos and documentation if your item arrives damaged.
6. Payments
We accept major credit cards and digital payments via Stripe. All transactions are processed securely. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted. Taxes and international duties may apply.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, branding, designs, and experiences offered through Paperclip are the intellectual property of Paperclip or its partners. Membership does not grant any license or rights to replicate, reproduce, or adapt any content without written permission.
8. User Conduct & Community Guidelines
Paperclip is a private and intentional space. We reserve the right to remove any user from events, forums, or the membership platform for behavior that is disruptive, discriminatory, or violates the spirit of our values. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
9. Usage Restrictions
All content and materials provided are for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise stated. Commercial licensing or partnerships may be arranged upon request.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
